IT's NOT JUST AN OIL CHANGE!
Inspect and lubricate brake control
Inspect and Lubricate clutch control
Inspect operation of all electrical equipment and controls
Check torque of all critical fasteners
Lubricate and adjust steering wheel bearings
Inspect air cleaner element; clean or replace as needed
Inspect front tire tread depth and pressure; adjust if needed
Inspect spoke torque if equiped
Inspect front brake pads/discs for wear, thickness and leaks
Replace oil filter; inspect contents, tighten to spec
Inspect brake fluid level and condition
Drain and replace engine oil, examine oil condition
Inspect and lube Jiffy stand
Inspect oil lines for leaks, contact, abrasions
Drain and inspect transmission lubricant; examine fluid
Inspect spark plugs, ensure proper gap setting
Inspect and adjust final drive belt; inspect compesator sprocket
Inspect rear tire tread depth and pressure; adjust if needed
Inspect exhaust system for leaks, cracks, loose or missing fasteners/heat shields
Inspect rear brake pads/discs for wear, thickness and leaks
Drain, replace and inspect primary fluid; torque plug
Inspect clutch assembly adjustment; ensure adj. screw free play and locknut torque
Lubricate fuel door, tour-pak® and saddlebag hinges and latches
Inspect Battery condition, cables and charging system output
Lubricate and adjust clutch cable for hand lever free play
Inspect fuel lines and fittings
