"I just purchased a Screamin' Eagle Road King from Rice Lake Harley Davidson and cannot tell you how great the entire experience was. I had contacted Harry, in sales,and we got the ball rolling. Billie Jo had made all arrangements with the finance company and she had called me to let me know that I was the the owner of a new Screamin' Eagle and could come donw and pick her up. Billie Jo's attention to detail was phenomenal. It was the end of the workday on Friday, August 28. 2009. I had driven from Cable, Wisconsin after work. "I just purchased an '09 Street Bob. I have been riding for many years, but this is my first Harley Davidson. I have known and been friends with a number of the RLHD employees for several years, many even back through the "R" Harley Davidson days, so it is no real surprise that RLHD would be my choice for my first Harley purchase. I have tortured Harry Dodge for a long time with my many visits to the showroom floor, but he has always been patient and helpful. When I finally decided to make my purchase, I explained my line of thought to Harry and talked about other bikes I had been considering, and he very patiently walked me through a number of bikes that he thought would fit my needs and desires, until we came to the Street Bob. My search was over right then and there. As I finalized my decision, everyone in the store was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. Harry went over the bike completely with me, pointing out and explaining all the features, all the accessories and the work that had been added. Steve and Ron in the parts department helped me locate everything I needed to make the bike my very own, and even spent considerable time discussing options I may pursue in the future. Even though they knew I already rode, Sue and Angel were so helpful in making sure we had everything we would need to make our travels safe and comfortable. Billie Jo in the finance department "ROCKS". No financing was involved, but she still flew through the stack of paperwork that comes with every purchase to get me out the door and on my new ride ASAP. I was also introduced to Stacy in service and Aaron, the GM, and am confident my future business with RLHD will be just as smooth and enjoyable as this purchase. "I was recently on a 5 day motorcycle trip on my new 08 Road Glide, when on day 1 (200 miles from home)I had the misfortune of getting a rock stuck in my rear sprocket, whick caused my drive belt to split. I located your dealership with the help of the HOG Atlas, and was able to limp it into your service dept. Your service advisor (Brad or Dan?)took a look at the belt, and checked your inventory and you had no belt (I was bummed) but he immediately located one at a HD dealer about an hour away, he then actually sent one of your people to go get the belt, I was amazed, but the service only got better, your tech then arranged with the sales dept a demo bike for me to use while my bike was being repaired. Your salesman (Kegger) even pointed me to a great spot for lunch, and drew me a map of a great little ride to take while my bike was down. I know people always let you know when somebody screws up, so I wanted to let you know that i have been riding Harleys for over 14 years and logged more then 100,000 miles, and have mostly been treated well by HD dealers, but never have I been treated as well as I was by your staff that day. They all deserve an atta-boy!!"

"I purchased a 1999 Roadglide last year,and love it.I also purchased the extended warranty.Thank god for the warranty,I definetlly got my moneys worth.I had a problem after Our Sturgis trip with my chain drive tensioners.The problem was fixed under warranty. I live about 10 minutes from another harley dealer but even with the price of gas now, I'll drive my cycle or my truck to rice lake, about an hour drive, to spend my money before I'll drive 10 minutes to some other harley shop,,,, THEY ARE JUST THAT GOOD !!"

"My Husband and I bought a 2006 Road Glide in Aug of 2006. Brand New. We have had it in the shop for the same problem.(spitting and sputtering, the bike just dies when down shifting) The service department kept telling us that there was nothing wrong with it. (3 times they did this to us) 2 other times that we had it in the shop for other motor problems.We haven't had the bike a year yet! We brought it to Rice Lake Harley and they put it through the shop and were able to find out what was wrong with it, and fix it within less than 2 hours. The way that we were treated and the professionalism that we got was awesome!The bike now runs like a new bike! We had an Awesome hour ride home, problem free!! Thank-You to everyone! We will only deal with Rice Lake!"
